Atropine:

It is an anticholinergic drug , which enhances the conduction in the AV nodes. Atropine is the drug of choice for treating bradycardia.

Lidocaine:

It is an antiarrhythmic drug used alternatively to Amiodarone, used in the treatment of Ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation.

Amiodarone:

It is an antiarrhythmic drug which effects the sodium potassium & calcium channel and causes vasodilation as well . Used in Ventricular tachycardia, Ventricular fibrillation and sinus tachycardia .

Adenosine:

It is an endogenous nucleoside which slows down through the AV node. Useful for the treatrment of tachycardia . Short half life is less than 10 second.

Procainamide:

It is an antiarrhythmic drug which is used to treat sustained Ventricular tachycardia.

Sotalol:

It is an beta blocker which is used for the treatment of atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter.

Epinephrine: 

It is a potent catecholamine, increases heart rate , blood pressure and used for the treatment of Ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, bradycardia and asystole .
